PAD_Cuffed Hem Pattern Making

Cuffed hem is very popular design for pants or sleeves.
It is a folded edge at the bottom of pant's legs or sleeves and it looks like a turned-up edge. Even though garments are not designed for cuffs, you still can turn up the hem. But to make turn-up stable with clean finished, and have full length with cuffs, you want to lengthen the pant length or sleeve length.
In both case, pants or sleeves, the width becomes narrower, you want to make a cuff wide enough, so the cuff doesn't make wrinkles on the sleeve or pants.
I explain how to make cuffed hem using PAD system.
